What is the difference between sapper (#EOD) supervision and checking an area for unexploded ordnance β
Often public institutions, planners, contracting authorities, representatives of private contractors, etc., lump all services related to explosive objects and materials into one bag titled "sapper supervision" π€. Of course, they have the right to do so, but we will try to zoom in on the similarities and differences π.
The "sapper supervision" π§ is an alternative or continuation of the work that is recommended in the first stage, i.e. checking and clearing the land or water area before starting earthworks, archaeological, geotechnical, dredging, hydraulic engineering, etc. π§π·
